After spending many years working in Korea & Japan, Martin will share his secrets of popular and favourite Korean and Japanese breads, buttery coconut sweet bread, the popular Korean Soboro and Mammoth, mouth watering Korean garlic cheese bread and super soft Japanese Hokkaido Milk Bread
